My work is more than a basic massage you may recieve at a spa. We work together to relieve pain and to provide the most relaxation.

I enjoy when clients are able to come off the table pain free, and stress free. Helping someone feel better throughout there day, week and month is why I am a therapist.

When my massage therapist of 7 yrs retired I was a burdened to find a high caliber therapist. I tired 6 or 7 before my girlfriend recommended Courtney and I haven't looked back!! Intuitive, responsive and continually elevating her practice and using her new skills to better me. If you're looking for a professional and effective therapist stop here and book and appointment. I'm going on 2 years with her. Thank you Courtney

Courtney takes a holistic approach to healing and health. Her treatments incorporate ancient and modern techniques that meet everyone where they are on their healing journey. I have been a Nija Therapy client for over three years now and benefited significantly from functional training and massage therapy. I am a yoga teacher and fitness instructor so I depend on monthly therapy for longevity of my practice and work.
