I listen to expectations and results YOU want and address them EACH time you visit. If you come in one visit with a stiff neck, the next visit with a pulled hamstring, or just want a relaxing massage, I plan your massage accordingly.
If you want to talk, I’ll listen, if you want quiet, I’ll only check in regarding pressure etc.

BeckyJo has exceptional knowledge about the muscles in the human body. Just by feel, she was able to hone in on what muscles needed work...that I didnt even know needed work! Her massage technique is spot on for healing, as well as relaxing and stress relief.
