From standard deep tissue to advanced postural alignment techniques, our massage therapists will help you choose the technique(s) that will benefit you the most and then create a treatment plan in order for us to reach your goals. Massage treatments range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes and can also be purchased in money-saving packages and memberships.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No two people are alike and neither should be their massage! All of our massage treatments are customized to our client's unique wants and needs. As our client, we apply the techniques that best suit you, whether it is sports massage techniques if you are active, swedish massage techniques if you are looking for relaxation, deep tissue massage techniques if you seek deeper relief, or a combination of all 3. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our therapists have advanced training in Medical, Injury, Sports and Deep Tissue Massage. We spend over 70 hours a year on advanced training and certifications.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a wide variety of clients, including competitive and non-competitive athletes, those who are about to have surgery, those who just had surgery (post op), those who suffer from Parkinsons, MS, MD, Lupus, Fibromyalgia, etc., and those who just have some tension they want to get rid of and relax.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
It's important to know what your goals are for the session, that way you can identify if the pro has the skills necessary to meet your needs.
