What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They fill out forms
we have a Q&A session before session
their first appointment with me I prefer an extra 15-30 mins for the clients that have never had a massage so they can be as comfortable as possible
I explain the room lay out
tell them where they can put their items and how I would like them to start
either prone , supine or side-laying
during the session I ask about my pressure
would they like me to go lighter in pressure heavier in pressure or to stay the same .

for a Regular 1 hr first time visit or if you have not booked past 6 weeks $ 70
for a Regular 90 min $ 100
for a member 1 hr $49
for a member 90 min $ 69
members are those that have rescheduled with me either after their massage session or with in that 6 week time frame

I love helping people with there pains
not just physical pain either . Emotion and mental as well
being that one person that shows they care means a lot to one person .

I donated some gift certificates to one of my air force CTs and they used them as a reafle and then sent me a letter thanking me for my donation .
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
ask as many questions as you can.
make sure your comfortable and try many massage therapist out it’s important to have your backup therapists .

What type of medication are they on .
Have they done their research about what they are wanting .
