Rio Grande Therapeutic Massage And Bodywork
About
Jessica's work is rooted in family care and functional movement. With a deep appreciation for the body’s innate intelligence, she has dedicated her practice to helping people of all ages move with more ease and less restriction. Her journey into High-Performance Somatic Bodywork began at an early age receiving massage fro at home from her mom, who was a 3rd grade teacher, not a massage therapist—gradually evolving a fascination for biomechanics --considering not just how we move when we’re training, but how we move through our daily lives. Jessica believes that whether you are an elite athlete, a busy professional navigating occupational strain, or a parent keeping up with active kiddos, your body deserves to function at its best. Deeply connected to her own physical healing, Jessica continues to incorporate daily self-massage and bodywork into her own life. This personal practice enhances her ability to truly "read" the body, allowing her to tune into an acute, intentional precision for both physical and energetic relief. For Jessica, it’s never just about applying deep pressure; it’s about a precisional touch that listens to what the tissue actually needs.By blending clinical precision with a wholistic touch, Jessica creates a space where active recovery meets deep nervous system care. She doesn't just work on her clients; she works with them, teaching the body-awareness tools needed to carry the benefits of each session home. For Jessica, wellness isn't a luxury—it’s a vital investment in longevity and an ultimate quality of life
