Ive been to numerous therapists lately because I have been struggling to sleep and stay asleep throughout the night. None has helped me more than Dessiree. She was able to acknowledge the reasons why I wasnt able to sleep and began teaching me about relaxation techniques that may help whenever I have troubles. For one, the relaxation techniques help with more than just sleep but recently I have been able to sleep better and plan on continuing going to Dessiree because her personality and work ethic.

Do you seek a therapist with a network, Where you can be refered out if need be? Do they offer pricing that fits how often you'd like to come? Ask the things you might forget to ask...
