Located in central Colorado Springs at 2100 N. Academy blvd. I have 12 years as a licensed massage therapist, 5 years teaching massage therapy, NASM Certified Personal Trainer credentials, and specialized training as a Medical Massage Practitioner, I offer a uniquely effective approach to therapeutic bodywork. My focus is Therapeutic and Deep Tissue Massage — targeted, results-driven sessions that address root causes rather than just symptoms.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have you fill out a client health history form just to get some basic information on what conditions you have and making sure that massage is safe for you. We also determine what your goals are for receiving massage.

How did you get started in this business?
I have always wanted to be a massage therapist and after I got out of the military I was lost until I went to school for massage and it changed my life.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they have you best interests in mind so many times I have know people to complain abouts their massage therapist because they did not listen to the client.
