We understand life's struggles, and we understand that you are an individual. Every treatment is custom made for you, to best address your specific lifestyle and problem areas. That is why we only have two types of massage that we offer. Our main style is therapeutic massage focusing on what your body needs to gain your quality of life back. We also perform medical massage that focuses on spontaneous muscle release, for those recovering from an injury. With massage you can improve quality of life without medications and the best part is it benefits you in many more ways. That's why my motto is "Massage is more than a luxury it is necessity!"

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have you fill out a client health history form just to get some basic information on what conditions you have and making sure that massage is safe for you. We also determine what your goals are for receiving massage.

How did you get started in this business?
I have always wanted to be a massage therapist and after I got out of the military I was lost until I went to school for massage and it changed my life.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds I find it fascinating meeting new people and helping them.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they have you best interests in mind so many times I have know people to complain abouts their massage therapist because they did not listen to the client.
