About
I offer effective pain and stress management bodywork for those with injuries, chronic pain, or anxiety.
The path that led me here is long and winding. In 1997 I began exploring yoga as a regular daily practice which led me to become a Registered Yoga Teacher from Prairie Yoga in Lisle, Illinois. This was a transformative experience. I realized that helping others to heal is where my true happiness lies. And so, the next logical step was to become a massage therapist.
I offer Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Thai Yoga Massage, private yoga instruction. Each client , upon request will receive corrective stretches and suggestions for self care.
