About
There are many massage therapist out there and they are all very good at what they do. In my practice I've included a modality that can help bring your experience to the next level in health and wellbeing. My goal is for you to not have to come back to me, and be able to feel great all on your own =)
My greates joy is seeing someone feeling better once I've worked on them. I've been there and I know what it feels like. Having the knowledge to help people and then using it makes me feel great!

How did you get started in this business?
I've always had friends saying I gave good massages so when I was looking for a career change outside of the military I decided to give this a shot and it turns out I loved it. I got out of the Navy in 2017 and did training for 2 years until I started my business in 2019.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Elderly with Parkinson's, people with shoulder injuries such as rotator cuff injuries, migraines, neck pain, back pain, knee pain, dislocations, TMJ, tennis elbow, golfers elbow, pregnancy, shin splints, foot pain, plantar fasciitis and many others.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a client come in who had recently gone to the emergency room. She was having back pain and no one was able to figure out what was going on including physicians, and osteopaths. She decided to come take a chance with massage just to see what would happen. It only took us a few minutes for us to find what was causing her pain and by the time we were done she was able to walk again and go take care of her kids which here parents were having to take care of previously because she was just in so much pain. Really glad that she was able to feel better after one of my sessions and I hope that's the same for you.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Perhaps find someone whos willing to say they don't know when they've reached the limit of their expertise. Over the past few years I've found not many people are getting what they need because a provider is afraid to loose you as a client. Tough choice considering that you are their source of income. So when you find a provider that's willing to tell you that they don't know and recommend you see someone else. That's a sign of strength and trustworthiness, and perhaps that person is looking out for you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
When you have questions about what you are experiencing be sure to ask what different qualities of pain their are. There's a difference between the pain of a needle prick and the soreness of a muscle that just hasn't been relaxed. That also goes for intestinal pain. You could possibly be feeling a tight abdomen muscle when you think you have stomach pain from the lunch you ate. It's very important to ask how to differentiate between qualities of pain with your health care provider. Once you know this, the source of your pain could just become more evident.
