I’ve been practicing for nearly 20 years and have picked up a lot of tools for my bodywork tool kit to assist with a variety of things. I use hot towels, have hot stones, ashiatsu bars, practice cranial sacral and core synchronism. I offer deep tissue and therapeutic massage for specific medical injuries.
i enjoy that people leave with a sense of relief from the pain or tension that is carried in their bodies. It is nice to help people relax from the intensity this world can bestow upon us and help find a sense of balance and fluidity in their bodies.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an online intake form everyone will need to fill out. First session we will go over any present and past issues that needs to be addressed in a conversation so I know what is bothering them and what the point of focus is.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had my first apprenticeship in 1999 and the to massage school in 2002. I have trained in Core Synchronism, Ashiatsu, Hot Stones and so much more since my initial training.
