About
Jessica has been featured as a leader in the Boulder wellness industry in Inc. Magazine and was selected as a speaker at the American Massage Therapy Association National Convention in the fall of 2019.
Whether you are recovering from an injury or surgery, managing chronic illness, seeking relief from stress, or hoping to unwind trauma in your nervous system, Jessica’s unique combination of physical, subtle body, and energetic work (detailed below), can assist you in your journey to healing.
After over a decade in the field, I truly understand the art of this healing art. Every person is different. Every body responds differently to pressure, pace, style or stroke. I love really tuning in to each person and finding the style that his/her/their body responds to - to relieve them from the stressors of life, from their aches and pains, and help them tune into the wisdom of their body.

from her. Ive had a traditional massage and shiatsu, and both were outstanding with
lasting benefits on many levels. I totally trust her and highly recommend her services!

used the metaphor of a kink in a garden hose which I think is very apt. Her sessions have
helped clear the kinks for sure! I highly recommend Jessica. She is gentle, professional and
very effective!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get an idea of the issues my clients are dealing with before we work together for the first time. That will give me some idea about what techniques to use. The first time working with someone is always a bit of an exploration - finding the pressure, pace, and type of strokes to which his/her body responds best.
