About

Hi, I'm Izzy. My goal is to help you navigate through both your pain and potential. By this I mean I not only help treat your pains, but also explore how to get you back to a place where you feel empowered in your body and self. Every massage I give is unique and catered to your specific needs. I work really well with people who have had surgeries or other serious muskuloskeletal injuries, as I myself have metal implants and understand pain management for these. My work is also very helpful at relaxing the nervous system. My knowledge of the body is deep and I continue to study and take continuing education because I am passionate about this work and being the best therapist I can be. I am certified in Thai, Orthopoedic/ Medical, Pregnancy, Deep Tissue Massage and Myofascial Release.

I am passionate about nature, health/wellness, and mindfulness. I love what I do, I love working with people, and I love helping people on their healing journeys. I look forward to connecting and being of service.

    Frequently asked questions

At our first session we will discuss the client's needs and goals.  We will also talk thoroughly about past injuries, present pain, lifestyle, diet, stress, and any other factors they may need support with.  I will decide my treatment plan based off of this information.

I recieved my massage license originally in the state of New York which boasts the highest education hours in the country. I attended The City University of New York.  I continued taking courses and recieved certificates in Thai, Pregnancy, Orthopoedic/ Medical, and Deep Tissue Massage.  I then moved to Colorado and got licensed here. I am also a certified personal trainer, FRC mobility specialist and continue to study and take new courses.

I got into massage therpay because of my own experience of massage helping me with chronic pain.  I wanted to learn as much as I could about the body to help others on their healing paths.

I have worked with all types of customers.  I used to live in New York City where I worked on an extremely diverse population. I started at a chain Massage Spa and worked on people from all walks of life and for all different reasons. I then graduated to working at a boutique gym where I worked on actors, models, lawyers, and gym members.  From there I left to work at a physical therapy office where I worked on geriatrics, and others with serious physical ailments.  Lastly before opening my own practice, I worked at a gym in colorado where the majority of my clients were triatheletes, iron man competitors and very pysically acive people.

Do your research! Ask the massage therapist questions and see if their skills and knowledge align with your needs.  You know your body the best.  Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Am I commited to doing the work to get better?
