- reduction of stress hormones.
- relaxation.
- increased joint mobility and flexibility.
- improved skin tone.
- improved recovery of soft tissue injuries.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with clients with varying needs, from cancer patients, pregnant woman to injure athletes, altering services as needed.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for a massage therapist with great physical stamina, strength, and dexterity. Also, a Massage therapist should be someone you feel comfortable with, listens well, and you trust to implement the best treatment for your body.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Let your massage therapist know if you have any new or old injuries, if you have any allergies or if you're pregnant. If you feel any uncomfortable pain while in session or if you're too hot or too cold or if the music is too loud or if you're nervous about anything. Massage therapist are there for you. We like to make your experience pleasant, comfortable and happy.
