Thai Yoga Massage (TYM) offers a uniquely therapeutic combination of assisted stretching, joint manipulation and movement that provides a host of benefits that include increased range of motion, improved balance, relaxation, stress reduction, muscle tension release, improved circulation and increased energy. The receiver remains fully clothed throughout the session and it is easily adaptable to a mat or a massage table. Sessions can be tailored from 30-90 minutes according to your needs.
I love introducing people to the benefits of stretching - and the next level of assisted stretching! There is a lot of hip work in TYM and it is very effective in resolving low back pain. It is very interactive and I often give my clients "homework" for self care between sessions.
