What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is unique, once we've organized the details like location and schedualing, we touch base with a voicemail confirmation, personal email, text or video note to introduce ourselves.
Once we arrive on site and we've set up we really take our time to listen to the concerns of our client and build a session plan together. Suggesting solutions and offering ideas for techniques or products that we might include. Just remember: locally made cbd, full-specreum cannabis body products, hot stones, cool stones, steam towels augment an array of techniques that are all on offer without up-charge at any point in the session.
