My practice blends a variety of soft tissue techniques to meet the specific needs and preferences of each person. Integrating Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular/Trigger Point therapy (medical massage,) myofascial release, as well as Swedish massage to achieve pain relief as well as relaxation.
I have been successful in aiding clients in relief from chronic headaches, neck/back pain, repetitive movement/postural issues such as tendinitis/carpal tunnel/thoracic outlet syndrome, TMJ, sciatica symptoms, etc.
I enjoy helping people discover realistic and practical ways to manage occasional and chronic pain from injuries and everyday life. Regular massage therapy combined with self-care can make life much more comfortable.
I am committed to helping clients achieve relief from pain, relaxation, a deeper awareness of their body, as well as providing information/demonstration of self-care and injury prevention to keep you feeling your best everyday.
Jennifer was very fantastic! She has excellent communication, is an amazing and professional massage therapist with great hands. She is able to really get in tune with your body. Furthermore, she was very understanding and accommodating with both myself and my parents. Although unable to see me with the start of the pandemic, she was able to accommodate both myself and my parents to assist me during a time of great discomfort in my body. Her professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend her!
Jennifer was really conscientious about checking in with me, and responding to what she found. I have had a lot of orthopedic problems in my life, and she did an amazing job dealing with them.
Jennifer is an extremely knowledgeable, professional, and talented therapist. She is excellent, and I enjoyed the massage very much. The word 'massage' pales in comparison to the healing received. Thank you, I will definitely be back!
In light of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 situation, at this time I am requiring the wearing of face masks by clients at all times while in my office, as well as a temperature screening prior to any massage session.
Allow about 15 minutes prior to first appointment to fill out and review completed health history form, and to discuss client's issues, and preferences and goals for session.
I consider continuing education vital to my practice, and I have regularly attended C.E. classes through the years, as well as webinars and reading trade publication articles.
