Pol is a wonderful massage therapist. As a dancer, I tend to hold stress and tension in weird muscle groups throughout my body. Pol was able to find & work most of them out through deep tissue massage, despite the long length of time it had been since my last massage. He was reassuring throughout the process, even on my toughest areas. I was having blood flow issues throughout my arms in my sleep...I haven’t experienced any since our last session. I highly recommend him and will be returning to him soon!

Pol was so amazing and thorough. He worked with my flexibility as a dancer, stretching me and making sure the specific needs of my body were met. He also worked on the areas of my body that were most tense and knotted (according to my requests) and listened closely to my feedback. The experience changed my body and relieved my tension so greatly, I know I will be back consistently to maintain this physical and mental state of relaxation and alignment.
