Ana became a massage therapist in May 2005. Took a 200-hour program at Napa Valley School. Extended her education in 2021 at NHI in Santa Rosa. Completed an 800-hour program. She started her career as a massage therapist at White Sulfur Springs in St Helena in 2005. Ana has a CAMTC Certification as well as CPR/AED/First-Aid/BLS. Ana specializes in Swedish, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue and Myofascial Therapy, prenatal massage, and Hot Stone Massage. Ana is bilingual she speaks Spanish. The most profound thing Ana has learned as a massage therapist professional is that she uses the opportunity to use her gift of touch to transform lives
