Aqqara Holistic
About
I graduated from Trinity College back in 1999 as a Certified Massage Therapist. For the first few years of my career I worked in a spa environment to master the skills of swedish, deep tissue and energy work. I later advance my skills working with chiropractors and physical therapists. My extensive work with MFR, Sports massage, Acupressure and CFF treating fascia and muscle has given me expertise in deep tissue therapeutic massage.
I have extensive experience working with chiropractors and PTs to master my skills in therapeutic work and clinical side of it. My combined technique of sports, stretching, trigger points and acupressure allow me to maximize my ability to address majority of my clientele's chronic issues that doctors cannot address immediately.
These are the modalities I practiced to name a few including Deep Tissue, Swedish massage, Sports massage, chair massage, Shiatsu, Reiki-level 3, Kinesiology and Trigger Point,
My passion is based on knowing that I can provide quality service to my clients who value not just life, but quality life. That’s why I study Ayurveda and other new ways to expand the levels of service I can bring to each of my clients.
All the body work techniques I acquired from practice includes clinical therapeutic massage, acupressure, craniosacral massage, cross fiber friction technique, passive stretching, thai stretching, and prenatal/postpartum massage. My specialty is pain management and to improve quality of life naturally.
I induce pain the right way to rehabilitate any part of your body that requires healing. Many of my mentors has taught me that "No pain, No gain" and "Healing is Believing"
I worked with several chiropractors and physical therapists over the past 17 years in the Bayarea working with youth, high school, college who are very active in sports and professional swimmers and athletes to take me where I am now. I recently moved to Central Valley which opens new opportunities for me to serve the community around me
seeing the improvement and happiness on my client's eyes.
