About this pro

Not only do I provide healing massages, but I also work to discover the root reasons of my clients’ health problems. Then I free my client from mental traps and unhealthy thoughts, to heal emotional wounds, and to repair the physical body.

I do my job because nothing makes me happier than to see people recover from their afflictions, to see them healthy, happy, younger, free, full of love and light again. It’s my dream to be able to transform any sadness into happiness.

I had a wonderful massage session there, and it was truly amazing! Galina is very friendly and welcoming. The salon is quiet and clean. She provided fresh sheets, warm blanket, bolsters, pillows, and a huge choice of oils. She is a highly educated, skillful, and knowledgeable therapist. Her massage diapason and technique variety are unprecedented. Galina has a deep knowledge of human body and gives perfect massage.

Galina made me feel very comfortable, right from the start the service was well explained and we even had a really nice chat; she was exactly what I was looking for, an experienced strong grip masseuse with a friendly vibe. Recommended!!

I liked how Galina focused on the areas of pain. She did a great job.

Galina spent the time to ask about where I am feeling pain specifically in detail before starting the massage and gave me the option of dozens of different scented oils. In addition to a firm but not painful touch, a strong understanding of the body (spines and muscles), and a great atmosphere for the massage (table, temp, music) -- Galina constantly checked to she ensure was focusing on the specific areas of concern. I have already done multiple sessions with Galina, and will continue!

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically fill in the intake form that has a diagram of the human body. I ask them to circle areas to focus on today. Such areas include those with pain, tension, and limited range of motion. During the massage session, I take in feedback on what I should work on, like when I need to find the exact points to apply the right pressure.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been interested in exploring and healing the human body for my entire life. The moment I learned that I could take official courses in De Anza for massage therapy, I immediately took that opportunity.  Courses I have taken include: Introduction to Massage, Intermediate Massage, Advanced Massage, Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Chair Massage, Human Anatomy and Physiology,  and Stretching. As well as that, I have taken classes from various other locations, which include: Face and Feet massage from Skyline College, Lymphatic Drainage from Dr.Vodder Academy, Craniosacral Therapy from Upledger Institute, Pre- and Perinatal Massage from institute for integrative healthcare studies, and finally, I have also went to many workshops, which include abdomen massage, active massage therapy, Hendrickson method for acute, chronic hip conditions, and many more.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I aid people with therapeutic needs to eliminate pain, tension, soreness, migraines, headaches, fibromyalgia, and carpal tunnel and much more. Few of the many areas I typically heal include the neck and shoulders, lower back, and areas with sciatica.
