What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
5 minute assessment before and after the massage. I ask about their injuries or accidents, Sports and activities, what type of pressure, illnesses, allergies and medication. And also their preference in pressure. I get clients to slow and deeper their breath as I start to release muscles. It begins to relax the body as well as their wellbeing.
