A lifelong mover—surfer and former dancer—Ammon brings deep presence and precision to his massage work. He is well-versed in advanced techniques designed to relieve pain, restore balance, and support the natural recovery of active bodies. Sessions invite deep muscular and energetic relaxation as the nervous system shifts toward a calm, regulated state. With clear consent, he incorporates joint mobilization and gentle stretching to elongate and soften tissues.

Ammon is a graduate of the Swedish Institute and the founder of Inner Harbor Bodywork, based in Santa Cruz, California. He currently practices at the prestigious Bernardus Lodge & Spa in Carmel, and previously held full-time therapist positions at The Well and Shou Sugi Ban House in New York. His modalities include deep tissue, Swedish, and Craniosacral Therapy.

A recent transplant to the West Coast, Ammon spends his time outside the treatment room surfing and exploring practices of personal transformation—heart coherence, mindfulness, and somatic therapy among them.
