My name is Alex and I am a Holistic Health Practitioner and Certified Massage Therapist. I’ve been in practice since 2012 in San Diego County and completed my training in Holistic Health Sciences and Advanced Massage Therapy.

I offer customized mobile massage sessions using myofascial, somato-emotional and intuitive techniques for women.

I love partnering with ladies that take action to live healthy, happy balanced lives. We all need restorative time, to clear accumulating stress from the body, and to release those feel good chemicals - endorphins! Life just isn’t balanced or full without experiences of release, pleasure, gratitude, joy, peace, freedom.
