Since 2009, I have enjoyed serving the community with a focus on strength and health through bodywork. I believe that massage therapy is a critical component to healing, and with years of experience as an athlete and athletic trainer, I have a personal perspective on its amazing benefits. I hope to share this knowledge with you, and together we will work to identify and address the issues leading to your discomfort.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in biology and have worked with training surgeons to use surgical robotic tools. I was a college track athlete and trained injured soldiers in the army. I have been working as a sports massage therapist since 2009.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I typically work with athletes who are dealing with an injury. I also am trained in pre peri and post natal massage so I tend to work with clients who have a specific goal for their session but I’m also happy to help you with a tune up:)
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
it’s very helpful when clients have an understanding of what brings them in for a massage session. Are they dealing with a specific pain or injury. It is also very helpful to communicate through the session to ensure you are getting exactly what you need.
