I had a stretch session with Barry Palmer after dealing with sciatic pain in my low back, glute, IT band, and down my right leg. He did a full body stretch while giving extra attention to the areas causing me pain, and I felt so much better afterward.
Two days later, I still have very little pain, even after a long physically demanding workday. Barry was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and really helped me get relief. I would absolutely recommend him.
