What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have them fill out a clinical intake form and sign general/policy form. We discuss their issue. I explain in easy terms what my plan will be and let them ask questions. After I show them to the practice room and let them know whether we start face down or face up. Let them know you may be using different oils and if they are allergic. It will better if they remove most of their clothing to their comfort zone. Then I begin my session.
