My name is Tiffany McVay. I am a Christian practitioner and owner of Sacred Hands Massage Therapy, located right here in Redding, CA. I been a Certified Massage Therapist since 2020. Each massage session is a unique and customized blend of modalities utilizing a variety of modalities such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Acupressure, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Shiatsu And my all time favorite, barefoot massage . . Integrative massage sessions are customized  to your needs.   I schedule each massage to allow my clients to get their full session time & leave feeling renewed, relaxed & unrushed.   

Clients with headaches or neck cricks will receive soothing work with their neck, shoulders, and pecs. Low back pain can often be relieved by thorough treatment of the hips. Sciatica can be relieved though working the Piriformis and surrounding muscles. Massage can be beneficial to everyone when applied in the correct manner by a caring, knowledgeable therapist.
