I've always loved helping others, and massage therapy allows me to do so! From relaxation and deep tissue to sports massage and injury prevention! I have my BS-Exercise Science from Sacramento State, and have completed an 800 hour accredited massage therapy program. My knowledge in both massage, kinesiology, anatomy and physiology have prepared me for the ever growing field of massage therapy.
I use various massage techniques from Swedish, deep tissue, shiatsu, myofascial therapies and Thai throughout my sessions to give you the most well rounded massage to meet your specific needs!
