I have been licensed massage therapist for over 10 years, working in various settings, including spas, wellness centers, and chiropractic offices. I am proficient in various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sport’s massage and hot stone therapy. I am always eager to learn new techniques and modalities to better serve my clients needs. I ensure my workplace is clean and comfortable by sanitizing all surfaces and equipment, using fresh linens for each client, and creating a relaxing atmosphere with soft calming music.

To customize a massage session, I begin by conducting a thorough intake, asking the client about their medical history, preferences, and goals for session.
