    Frequently asked questions

I begin with a brief intake and conversation to understand the client’s goals, stressors, and any physical or emotional concerns. From there, I customize each session to meet their specific needs, blending holistic bodywork, nervous system support, and mindful presence. I check in throughout the session and adjust as needed, ensuring the client feels safe, heard, and supported. Afterward, I may offer simple at-home practices to extend the benefits of our work.
I am a holistic health practitioner with 27 years of experience. My background includes extensive hands-on bodywork, somatic practices, nervous system regulation, emotional support, and wellness education. I have worked with a wide range of clients over the years and continue to refine my approach through ongoing learning and real-world experience.
Yes. Pricing is based on the type and length of session a lot of my clients prefer packages. benefit of a package is my client having the option for a regular Weekly time on my schedule (not just monthly), with priority booking - and they are also saving a bit as well. I offer single sessions as well as package options for clients seeking ongoing support. Rates are discussed upfront so there are no surprises, and I’m happy to help clients choose an option that best fits their needs and goals.
I was drawn to this work through a deep interest in helping people feel better in their bodies and lives. What began as hands-on bodywork naturally evolved into a holistic practice as I saw how closely the body, mind, and emotions are connected. Over the years, my work has grown through experience, referrals, and a genuine love for helping people heal and reset.
I’ve worked as a sought-after freelance practitioner, traveling across the country to support high-profile business moguls, clients in film, music, and the performing arts, alongside everyday people navigating stress, recovery, and life transitions.
A recent small group wellness gathering stands out to me—quiet, intentional, and deeply grounding. Creating a calm space where people could slow down, breathe, and reconnect reminded me why I love this work. Sometimes the simplest moments create the biggest shifts.
Look for someone who truly listens and makes you feel comfortable. Experience matters, but so does presence, integrity, and trust. Your body knows when it feels safe—pay attention to that. Healing work should never feel rushed or transactional.
It helps to ask yourself: What am I hoping to feel differently? Where am I holding stress or tension? Do I want short-term relief, ongoing support, or both? Being clear—even loosely—helps create a more meaningful and effective experience.
