Spirit Bodywork
About
I incorporate several styles of massage, which make for a unique combination. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reiki, and Thai. I have worked in a busy spa in San Francisco and gained much from that experience. I enjoy bringing clients to a higher level of wellness.
I've been working as a massage therapist for eight years and have met some outstanding individuals. While I have a good amount of experience, I'm continually learning new techniques and incorporating new aspects into my practice. Exploring the bodywork journey is inspirational for as a whole person.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I appreciate learning what massage experience a new client has had. Addressing any concerns or goals that a client has. Each massage I offer is unique and varies depending on the needs of the client. Often talking on the phone to setup the first session is best. Often talking ahead of the day of the session helps us both prepare for the experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 1,100 hours of formal bodywork education through the LCC program in Eugene OR. Which is more than many massage therapists. In addition I've trained at 5 schools in Thailand. And trained with a Reiki master in San Francisco in 2016. I'm also trauma informed, having gone through several trainings.
