About
I have worked in several massage type environments, Physical Therapy, luxury Spas, and mobile massage therapy. All have giving me an opportunity to learn and provide variety of modalites to patients with injuries (mostly athletes), and those with everyday stressors that have become intolerable over time.
I am very passionate, skilled, intuitive professional, that understands our bodies, bio-mechanics, and anatomy.
My knowledge and the incorporation of so many modalities such as, stretching, rotational movement for flexibility, and acupressure which helps increase blood flow, gives me great comfort to know my client is relieved of pain and discomfort.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when I see a client for the first time, I greet and introduce myself, wait to be welcomed in, then remove my shoes. There after, I will ask some common questions such as; How are they feeling today? If there is any feeling of pain or discomfort anywhere? Is it a burning, acking, throbbing, stabbing, or dull sensation and where? Are there any area that would benefit more attention or any areas to be aviod?
Next, have the client escort me to the area for therapy, and have the client prepare for session as I setup table if required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While serving in the Armed Forces, I developed a vast knoweldge of inforomation about our world. I have interacted with a wide variety of people and their cultures building a great sense of morals, respect and responsibility. I have the ability to improvise in any situation exposed to.
Also learned about body biomechanics, developed intagrated workout programs, viewed how overtraining or not training enough could cause muscle inbalances or build inhibtors to our daily lives as Personal Trainer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients with injures and sports enthusiasts. It brings me great accomplishment when I can bring relief and relaxation, and my clients can feel the changes from their sessions in their treatment plan!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advice the customer to be open to try new and different massage therapist as we are all unique and use different techniques that are usually custom tailored to your body and needs.
