I have been a therapist for 6 years, it’s a passion of mine helping clients reach their wellness goals, by personalizing and customizing the session by combining various modalities to alleviate any stress, pain and promote relaxation!

🪴Some modalities I use in my work are - Swedish, Deep tissue, aromatherapy, Myofascial Therapy, Hot Stone, Chair Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Shiatsu, Thai, Acupressure Points, PNF stretches (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) Prenatal and Sports massage. Relaxation .
