About
As a Massage Therapist, I understand that there are different preferences as well as different limitations .I take my work very seriously, which is backed up by personal charts for my clients, to track progress. This gives my clients a chance to discuss further options as every massage is tailored to the client. Each session begins with a diagram where the client can effortlessly point to where the ailment is, which is then highlighted with a marker. I also add comments explaining what I felt where there was more tension. The sessions are tagged by date and can be sent to your email.
I've always had the passion to help people. It started with my parents. My dad, being a computer technician, with his hobbies being golf and tennis, suffered severe hand and wrist pain. I was young, but I would learn more and more from each session, a few times every week. I became very intuitive of how the muscle would feel and how much pressure to put and my dad would thank me and be proud of me. In short, just to see my clients doing better and feeling great makes me feel better and I love the work I do because every person is different. It's nice to finally get out of the everyday robotic wash, rinse, and repeat.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always discuss with my client any injuries, making record of it on his/her personal chart with a diagram of the body. Here, my client can easily show any injuries, tension or cramps. Every new client gets a full body stretch. Every massage comes with a multitude of stretches, starting out with the hamstrings. I then stretch both wrists and neck. Also, each additional 30 minutes comes with more stretches including quadriceps, hamstrings, flexor and extensor, tibial anterior and scapula pull (depending on clients' scapula tension).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2019 I graduated as a Massage Therapist from National Holistic Institute.
I volunteered my services to Massage Brigade and Generous Hands, to provide massages the less fortunate.
I worked last year with Aids Life Cycle as a volunteer massage therapist at Griffith Park.
I worked with Skyline Chiropractic, a local chiropractor to provide massage as well as learned about specific ailments and the treatment process.
I currently work with Spavia nearby the Long Beach Airport. This spa where I learned most of my relaxation techniques, pressure point work and environmental tranquility.
