I care about my customers health. I use organic massage lotion and aromatherapy. I offer a hybrid massage that is customized to your specific needs using a comprehensive approach, utilizing my years of education and knowledge. I have been a massage therapist since 2008. I also have a unique perspective on chronic pain caused my muscle tension as I, myself, found massage, as a result of having been diagnosed with scoliosis at age thirteen which resulted in mesearching for years for something that would alleviate the extreme muscle tension that resulted and to avoid taking muscle relaxers constantly for the rest of my life. When I found massage it was like a miracle for me and I felt due to my inside knowledge of pain, my approach is more empathetic and effective.
I genuinely enjoy helping people out of pain. I consider myself the gate keeper to a healthier, more well balanced life, a medium for change through offering access to a deeper sense of well being and freedom from pain.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I spend some time asking questions about the customers issues that are bothering them. I use an intake form to further detail any complicating factors and/or preferences concerning contraindications, level of pressure, areas of most concern, and what the customer would like to achieve from the massage and what I'm able to achieve in one session.
