A consultation is the first step to understanding how the process will work for each client. We will meet either in person or via zoom (or phone if zoom is not an option) to have a thourough intake so that you can gain an understanding of the process and I can have a true assesment of where you are, where you want to be and get a gauge on your obstacles.  Through this indepth process I am able to create a program recomendation and then we go from there. 

I have been serving in the healing or transformation realm for about 10 years in one capacity or another. I am trained in and have studied a number of scientific, somatic and esoteric modalities. I primarily stick to the subcobsious and herbal work currently as it has been the most effective for me and my clients. 

I trained in person at the California School of Hypnotherapy with a Highly respected hypnotherapist in Sacramento, Ca. I am certified through the ACHE as Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. 

I have studied herbs, alchemy and essences for many years including in person apprenticeships and self-directed learning and utilize my knowledge in many ways to suppirt clients if they so chose.  

Investment is dictated on the length and intensity of the program and as such will be discussed during the consult. 

We are a VOLUNTARILY certified profession. Please do due dilligence when choosing a hypnotherapist, not all are alike and infact most are not trained in person.  I trained and was mentored in a clinical setting and cannot fathom being able to offer quality services without that opportunity.  I choose to certify with the ACHE which has the most stringent certifying qualifications. Please ask whoever you choose to work with about their background.
