Sanitary practice, equipment and instruments are always provided, regardless of your physical location, so be assured that your safety is always my first priority, especially in times like these.
I was mentored under some of the best Dr.'s of Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Yoga instructors and other therapists, so I really enjoy applying a variety of different techniques to get to the root of someone's problems and work to solve the cause. I am also a nerd when it comes to the nervous system and myofascial network of the body, so I love to teaching my clients some of the stuff I've learned and how it relates to either their symptoms or solution.

How did you get started in this business?
I have always been a Yogi at heart and spent most of my adult life practicing. I traveled as a flight attendant for nearly a decade, so yoga was a great way to stay healthy, wherever I was at, while on the ground. I eventually went on to become an instructor and my love for the human body, mind and spirit just grew deeper.
My yoga practice brought me to a place on a California campus where I was taught a lot about the science behind the magic of it all and that rabbit hole led me to become Massage Therapist. I simply cannot imagine doing one without the other now. I tend to surround myself with what I call a great group of nerds! We love to learn from each other and give it back to the people we service.
that's how it started and I'm sure that's how it's going to continue! Forever!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Prenatal:
supporting you so you can grow that baby! The point here is to try to make you feel weightless even if it's for a small amount of time! Every day they'll be a new and different muscle pattern popping up! We're here to move with you. support journey. Whether it's making room using yoga, stretching or adding support to muscles in lower back as needed with Tapping in many different ways, it all happens in your appointments here. Taken care of mama!
Rehabilitation:
for adhesive capsulitis, frozen shoulder, thoracic outlet syndrome, sciatic nerve problems, hip mobility,Piriformis syndrome, chronic lower back pain the list goes on..
Pain management:
This is a part of every Massage! This can really hinder your quality of life. There are so many options to trick the nervous system and get work done at the same time.. it will get better!
Sports!!
For the proactive overachievers!! These are my favorite! opening your range of motion..looking at the body and see who's not firing an make them work! hard tissue flushing! Use all kinds of techniques to run through the whole system for your best performance!

You're already doing it if your reading this!! starts with your first appointment. everyone can manage stress. we've got lots of Blue prints for every personality tape to succeed in managing stress. This is something we all practice together! If you just show up...
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't wing it when it comes to your health.
A good therapist will come up with a treatment plan that is specific to the root cause of discomfort, not just manage symptoms. "Deep tissue" massage doesn't cure everyone so get more tools in your toolbox.
Fine tune your treatment plans since your therapy will always be changing, just as bodies do. Learn to change with them. And try to get on integrated health teams! I've noticed that those are the best learning environments and patients seem to achieve the best results there.
Communication skills are a must! Talking to your client is just as, if not more, important to his or her treatment as the therapy itself, so learn to be somewhat of a detective.
Do no harm.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What's the goal ?
Relaxation? Optimum performance? Maintenance? Pain relief? Improved range of motion? Breat work? Meditation? Flexibility? Fitness? Etc.
We establish goals and take it from there.
