I am a licensed massage therapist (License #69650) with a focus on Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, specializing in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunction, soft tissue restrictions, and performance-related imbalances. My practice emphasizes targeted, results-driven bodywork designed to support injury recovery, enhance mobility, and optimize physical performance.

In addition to my primary modalities, I incorporate Swedish Massage to promote circulation and parasympathetic nervous system activation, as well as Cupping Therapy to address fascial adhesions and stagnation.

Each session is tailored to the specific needs of the individual, informed by an assessment, consultation and brief health history, with the goal of facilitating long-term functional improvements

About Me: I am a practicing Massage Therapist for 9 Years and received my Education from National Holistic Institute for Massage Therapy and Health Educator in 2016 and in addition received a Bachelors of Science at Cal State Fullerton in Kinesiology.
