I am a holistic practitioner trained in Myofascial Therapy & Intuitive Energetic Bodywork. It is an integration of eastern and western philosophies focusing on inter-muscular and connective tissue combined with subtle body energy work. Each session is customized to the clients specific needs and preferences. I have been practicing bodywork for 5 years but I have been a student of the healing arts my whole life. I am passionate about what I do and honor the work as sacred.

My Goal is to educate people Empowering them by giving them the tools and knowledge to raise their conscious connection with their bodies and incorporate that into their daily lives for whole mind body integration.
