Jeff C.

Only for those seeking serious massage therapy and relief from pain and stress: My name is Jeff and I want to encourage you to contact Leisa Jo Waller for your best professional massage ever! I had a shoulder injury from a car wreck over 15 years ago that Leisa has dramatically improved. She took her time to really get to know me and my specific pain relief needs. She is an utmost professional and so kind and thoughtful. Recurring, regular appointments are a must as one session will not be enough. I highly recommend her for those seeking serious pain and stress relief - you wont be disappointed.

Frequently asked questions

Your First Visit

We start with a consultation conversation so I can learn about you, your lifestyle, and your expectations. In order to get the best results from any bodywork we do, I need to know more about you and your lifestyle and what you’re hoping to achieve from our sessions. Once I have a complete picture of you and what your goals are, we can then put together the best path forward for you.

Communication is very important in my work, both for understanding my clients’ needs and for maintaining an energizing practice. In my professional life, as well as in volunteering as an English-as-a-Second-Language tutor, I have interacted with a wide range of people and thrived on those interactions. My years of experience have helped me to develop a manner that is both professional and easy-going. My clients tell me that our sessions are respectful, comfortable, and fun. My Process I work intuitively and ask that you guide me throughout our session to make sure we are using the right amount of pressure for you. This is your body and you are the expert. Being in tune with your needs and knowing if anything feels uncomfortable in any way is vital to how I approach our work together. Creating a safe space with clear expectations is of utmost importance for maximizing relaxation and healing.

I started back in 1995, wanting to find a way to help people doing something that I was passionate about.

For over twenty years I've worked with a wide variety of people dealing with a broad range of conditions such as Degenerative Osteo Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Chronic Muscle Tightness, Stress, Anxiety, Insomnia, Headaches and the list goes on...

Always make sure your bodyworker is fully licensed/ certified. Have a conversation with the potential therapist and ask questions. Ultimately you should trust your instincts as to whether or not you feel comfortable with this person.

This is your body and you are the expert. So don't be afraid to ask questions. Think about what it is your hoping to accomplish. What do you want from your session? Pain relief? Stress reduction? Relaxation? All of the above?
