With bodywork, you can get relief from stress, pain, muscle tightness, and injury. When you book a session with me, we’ll work together to custom tailor a massage to suit your specific needs. And the best part? With my mobile massage therapy service, I’ll bring your massage to you — at your home, office, or special event.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your First Visit
We start with a consultation conversation so I can learn about you, your lifestyle, and your expectations. In order to get the best results from any bodywork we do, I need to know more about you and your lifestyle and what you’re hoping to achieve from our sessions. Once I have a complete picture of you and what your goals are, we can then put together the best path forward for you.
Communication is very important in my work, both for understanding my clients’ needs and for maintaining an energizing practice. In my professional life, as well as in volunteering as an English-as-a-Second-Language tutor, I have interacted with a wide range of people and thrived on those interactions. My years of experience have helped me to develop a manner that is both professional and easy-going. My clients tell me that our sessions are respectful, comfortable, and fun. My Process I work intuitively and ask that you guide me throughout our session to make sure we are using the right amount of pressure for you. This is your body and you are the expert. Being in tune with your needs and knowing if anything feels uncomfortable in any way is vital to how I approach our work together. Creating a safe space with clear expectations is of utmost importance for maximizing relaxation and healing.
