Aside from in-home treatment, I have worked alongside a respected chiropractor my entire practice. Most of my patients are seeking recovery and maintenance. I have helped patients with conditions such as pregnancy, whiplash, frozen shoulder, pinched nerves, migraines, carpal tunnel syndrome, TMJ dysfunction, thoracic outlet syndrome, scoliosis, stroke, scar tissue, tissue removal (due to cyst/infection), etc discuss crisis intervention and find a maintenance treatment schedule. My patients range from a 16 yo aspiring Olympian to an 82 yo in chronic pain. If you have acute or chronic pain, we can find a protocol that works for you. My work is very focused and integrated. I recommend 90 minutes for our first session to allow time to investigate root causes of immediate pain and obtain maximum relief. If you are looking for a full body, relaxing massage- I am NOT the right therapist for you. If you have pain, injury, or have tried various methods and just want relief, reach out and we can discuss a strategy. I typically include a small analysis of your lifestyle and offer realistic adjustments to increase your chances of recovery. This includes health education regarding hydration and nutrition awareness, and stretches and exercise to facilitate healing.
I never have a day I don't enjoy my work. I love the opportunity to build lasting relationships where my patients feel their progress. Managing pain can be overwhelming at times. While addressing root causes of immediate pain, patients acquire tools to assist in the recovery process and maintain longer periods of reduced pain and increased range of motion. Communication is critical to optimizing treatment and providing optimal outcomes

We will absolutely discuss your history and how you came to seek treatment. This includes injuries or diagnoses that have impeded your progress and how your lifestyle affects recovery. I typically recommend 90 minutes for the first session and assess a schedule after the appointment.
