    I am active in sports - playing tennis a lot. Since Im in my 50s my body needs a fairly regular sports massage to stay flexible. Joes sports massage was a step above anything Ive had. I admit - yes - at times it was painful. But to loosen up long ignored muscles meant that was part of the process. That said, the next day it was so much better that its tough to quantify. Your comfort, privacy, and well-being are my top priorities.
    Prices quoted include travel and setup costs. Tips are not included and are entirely up to your discretion. Each session includes clean robes, fresh bed covers, and single-use disinfected linens—changed for every client to ensure the highest standard of hygiene. I use only high-quality oils or lotions that are skin-friendly and enhance the overall therapeutic experience. You’re not just paying for a massage—you’re investing in professional care, comfort, and lasting wellness.
