I have been a personal trainer for 15yrs, my passion is the human body and helping my clients transform their bodies, that lead me to pursue a career in massage therapy to broaden my ability to help my clients.
I attended National Holistic Institute, where I received my certification with Honors. I’m trained in swedish, deep tissue, shiatsu, sports, pregnancy and hot stone massage. As well as myofacial release therapy, hypervolt and fire cupping.

Ask questions about what the issue is, how long have they been bothered by it. Do a ROM (Range Of Motion) test and palpate the problem area.
