Every the session is customized to the client. The way I work is the First session I assess your muscles and skeletal. I will them make accommodations and will customize for the clients needs. Every massage is tailor and unique to the client.
I love being able to help people and give them some relief to any each and pains. As well as some tips and tricks to help them better support their daily life. Creating a unique plan for my clients is what I enjoy the most. No massage is the same for me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by getting to know what are their goals. What do they expect from the massage? Example: temporary relief, long term relief. I will then create a custom session to tailor the needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed numerous back trading in different massages. I have also done a total of 300 hours in anatomy and physiology. I have also done training in cupping, and lymphatic drainage.
How did you get started in this business?
I starred in this Journey of wellness and I fell in love with helping people through my job.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have work with several different body types. Many of my clients are pro-athletes. I work in every type of body and muscles.
