I naturally enjoy providing deeper pressure and therapeutic bodywork, and I do not find deeper work physically draining. I focus on listening to each client's needs and tailoring every session accordingly. If a client needs extra attention in specific areas such as the back, shoulders, neck, or hips, I adjust the session to address those concerns.

My work incorporates deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, and various active release techniques (ART-inspired methods) to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and relieve muscular tension. Whether you're dealing with workout-related soreness, chronic tightness, stress, or everyday aches and pains, I customize each session to help you move and feel your best.
