What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's important to know what's going on with a potential client. The more we know the better. Knowledge is the key to our clients achieving their wellness goals. At a Tru Blue, we have numerous safety protocols in place so our clients feel safe, and know they're safe in our facility. We perform temperature checks, we require intake forms to be filled out. Our goals is to provide a service that is comparable or exceeds other establishments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended National Holistic Institute (NHI) here in Clovis, Ca. from 2019-2020, where I was one of the top students in my class. I performed numerous hours as an extern to fulfill business and modality training. I attended school, raised my Daughter, graduated, and opened Tru Blue all in a year, during the pandemic.
