Massage is an important part of self care. It brings relief from muscle soreness and pain, it also brings relief from psychological conditions such as depression and anxiety. My massage style I would describe as a combo between Swedish and deep tissue. I’m trained in many modalities, including sports massage, shiatsu, reflexology, prenatal, trigger point, and more.
I love helping others. Before becoming a massage therapist in 2016 I worked as a nutritionist and personal trainer. I am also a Holistic Health Practitioner and practice herbal medicine. I am an intuitive and empathetic “healer”.

Shana is not only a skilled massage therapist. She is intuitive. She & I connect during a massage. We gently coerce my muscles to release. I have fibromyalgia & can get very sore after massage. I have a lot of knots that Shana gently, but deeply works out. I have never been badly sore after her massage even if I do a long one. I am so grateful for her healing touch, she has a gift.

I’m a certified massage therapist since 2016. I’m also a holistic health practitioner. I graduated from Healing Hands school of Holistic Health in 2016.
