Incorporating Mayofascial massage techniques to find the right massage for every client. I work the mindset less is more. I will not simply dig into your back because you think it helps :) I am a trained professional and I will listen to your body and develop pressure needs based on your comfort and desire- as well as how your muscles are reacting to the pressure. I have been certified 4 years and have owned my own massage business as well as working with Massage Envy. I currently work in another field full time and do massage on weekends only.

-I highly recommend you start doing this as a standard practice with any MT before having bodywork, make sure they are educated and certified. It's very easy to check online at can't camtc.org (California only)
