I've been a massage therapist for 15 years and had my Esthetician license as well. I do a nice stimulating face and cranial massage, if requested. I incorporate different modalities in my 90min massage that way you can get a little bit of everything for your first time. I use rhythmic movements to help the muscles relax that way I don't have to force anything. I aid your own body into healing by helping the blood flow through body and to the area of needed assistance or pain. Therefore your body can heal on its own.

I ask them what they like as far as the massage itself and what style they've received. Also what has been the worst or best experience for them during a massage. I need to know any serious injuries or surgeries I should know about recently or in the past.
